Using the service
You may use VeltrixFlow to create and manage business documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you send and for complying with the tax rules that apply to you.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe. Actions taken with your account are treated as your own. Team members you invite act under your business.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew for the period you select until cancelled. Downgrading may restrict features but never deletes your existing documents.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraudulent invoicing, unlawful content, or attempts to access data belonging to other businesses.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
