Data we store
We store the account details you provide (name, email), your business profile, your clients, and the invoices, quotes and payments you create. We do not sell this data.
Why we store it
Your data is used to operate the service: producing documents, showing balances, sending notifications you enable, and providing support when you ask for it.
Access control
Data is isolated per business. Row-level security rules ensure a user can only read or change records belonging to a business they are a member of.
Public document links
Invoices and quotes can be shared with an unguessable link. Anyone with the link can view that single document; you can rely on it being unlisted, not secret.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage and email delivery. They process data only to run the service.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all associated records.
